Rocking the socials

URocked approached us to help revitalise their social media presence and getting the message out there about their modern take on tipping.

A key part of this process was ensuring that we were targeting both sides of their audience – the tippers and the tippees. Promoting brand awareness, changing perceptions and tipping culture of the public in general, and bringing key information and inspiration to business owners and employees who could adopt the app.

We worked closely with the URocked team to ensure our messaging was the right side of playful when challenging customers and relatable when speaking to people in the service industry, without alienating either side.

With a smart 3-month social strategy, including impactful marketing copy and striking visuals, we created a powerful suite of assets for URocked to go out there and… well, rock!
